In our experience Banner Air has corrected problems caused by other A/C companies work and have always ‘thought outside the box’ in their approach. Friendly and reliable as well as knowledgeable, they have always come through when needed. I discovered them when a company I was using dropped commercial work…had to call York corporate to find out who could pick up my warranty and Banner Air was suggested – I’ve been a commercial and residential customer of Banner Air for over 10 years as a result.

Amazing service and integrity!!! Called on a Sunday morning because the AC went out in the middle of the night. Service Tech Kent called back within an hour. Kent didn’t want to have to charge me the $180 call out fee (to come out on a Sunday in Taft) when my set of AC symptoms usually pointed to something minor; so instead, he went through some troubleshooting tips with me and PRESTO! problem solved, free of charge. I can’t thank Kent and this business enough for its prompt response, honesty, and integrity…qualities which are so scarce in this shady, dishonest, and cost-gouging world.
